Mistletoe

I think this one is my favorite. I got some socks that were basically Santa hat socks - so cute and yet a little impractical. I need to repeat this idea on a less seasonal monster... I love the way the eyes pop.

This is my son proudly holding Mistletoe. I gave this guy to my mother in law. It now decorates the Christmas tree.

Eggnog

Love this one. I'm having fun with the Christmas socks. K and I went to Target and found some great holiday socks to make stocking-stuffers. I hope that everyone enjoys them as much as I'm enjoying making them.

I'm giving this one to my parents - I think K is a bit disappointed... he loves the teeth. I need to make more of these guys with teeth...

Agatha

I had some cute pink and white fuzzy socks that just don't go with my style. But they are good for my sister in law who loves pink. I thought of her while making this little monster. It should make a good Christmas Present don't you think?

Cold Feet

I have a pile of socks. I always have had a pile of socks, that I just didn't have the heart to throw out. Then I had a baby. Socks started collecting in closets. They're so cute, baby socks - I didn't have the heart to toss them out. So one day, my husband asks, have you ever thought about making something out of the socks? He wondered past a book called Stupid Sock Creatures by John Murphy. A purpose for my socks have presented itself. Hurray! Recycle, Reuse! I feel so environmental! I'm so inspired, everyone gets a Christmas Sock Monster.

This is Cold Feet, my very first sock monster. My son is the proud owner.

Cold Feet has been unemployed since the stock market crash. He wears a tie and is always ready for that interview.
